Sherry Hoback leads Tampa Family Health Centers, Florida’s largest Federally Qualified Health Centers, where more than 140,000 patients each year receive accessible, high quality, patient centered care. A registered nurse and visionary leader, she has transformed TFHC into a statewide model for innovative, integrated, and compassion driven community health. Her leadership has launched pioneering programs including the Tampa Family Infusion Center, mobile health units, and one of only two community based pediatric residencies in the nation. She has expanded access through community gardens, food pantry programs, digital innovation, and initiatives that address health disparities. Sherry also serves on multiple state and national boards, shaping systems level solutions that strengthen health centers nationwide.
